We have a unique blend of cross-functional talent in areas such as product design, project management, quality, testing, manufacturing, consulting, education, and training. Our experience comes from working with organizations sized from small to large businesses including Fortune 500 and start-up companies.
The sisters were trained as engineers beginning in their youth with formal training at the university level along with work experience for Fortune 500 companies in engineering product design, manufacturing, project management, and testing provides us with the knowledge and skills necessary to transfer that portion of knowledge into innovative engaging curriculum and products. The team all have formal training and work experience in information technology including software application development, quality assurance testing, and providing business solutions for various organizations provides us with the necessary tools to provide exposure for these types of careers through the curriculum. They all have experience in the education industry developing curriculum and providing instruction to students at the post-secondary level.
Renae has extensive teaching, software and product development, quality assurance, and mechanical engineering experience in the automotive, consumer product, and education industries. She has worked to reduce millions of dollars in product and software re-work, material selection, wasted labor resources, and inventory for software and product development for Fortune 500 companies. She is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer, as well as, has a Master of Science in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Renae obtained leadership training through the Air Force ROTC program, as well at various Fortune 500 companies. She is very active in the community and loves to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with youths who are interested in STEAM. Currently, she also teaches as a professor at a public university.
Rhonda has extensive experience in product and software design, testing, and project management. She has worked within Fortune 500 companies in product development and project management in various industries such as consulting, education, automotive, insurance, and consumer goods. She has worked over a decade as a professor at various private and public colleges and universities. She has performed business process re-engineering improvements, which saved many organizations both time and money. She holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. She holds certification as a Microsoft Certified Application Developer, ITIL, and Project Management Professional. She recently led Agile-testing processes for Thunderhead document production application, which was integrated with GuideWire property/causality insurance software. She has established and trained other individuals on the quality processes and created required documentation to ensure consistency with the overall CORE application development process. She has a heart to help youths by providing them with tools to help them fulfill their dreams.
